The workshop is the third in the series “Women in Optimization” after workshops in Heidelberg 2015 and Trier 2017. It is aimed at junior researchers, doctoral students and mathematics students with a focus on optimization. The aim of the workshop is both professional development and networking within the optimization community. We would like to present the widest possible range of mathematical optimization and associated numerics in lecturers invited to lectures. Besides the lectures the workshop offers a lot of space for scientific discussions and exchange of experiences. Poster sessions give young female scientists the opportunity to participate actively.

Registration is now open. If you send us an informal application by e-mail, you may receive a subsidy up to the full reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs. There is no participation fee.
