Across a five day workshop, the 145th European Study Group with Industry brings mathematicians and industrialists together to work side by side to solve the real and important issues that companies are facing today. It will take place at the Centre for Mathematical Sciences, University of Cambridge from the 8-12th April 2019.

Companies

Present your problem to the lead mathematicians to brainstorm new ideas and work towards practical solutions. Each company will benefit from the work carried out by the participants, the interaction with academics, and the written report on the problem.

Academics

Academic participants with backgrounds in all strands of mathematics are welcome and encouraged: The Cambridge Study Group will feature different problems that will be amenable to a wide range of different mathematical techniques.
